3D GLASS FABRIC
3D Fiberglass Fabric is a newly developed fiberglass braided fabric consisting of two bi-directional woven fabrics knitted together by vertical braided pillars, forming an integral sandwich structure. The three-dimensional fabric is used in Fiberglass reinforced plastics and is made of 100% E-glass yarn & can be used in combination with various resins such as polyester resin, epoxy resin, vinylester resin, and phenolic resin.
It represents a strong designability, piles density (both in x and y directions), the height of the piles, and the types and thickness of glass fibers can be designed, and based on this, it can be developed into a variety of products with different performances and functions according to customers’ specific requirements.
3D fibreglass fabric is light-weight, has corrosion resistance, high specific strength, and modulus, high impact damage tolerance.
It is a new type of energy-saving, environment-friendly reinforcement with high-tech content.
