HONEXT
Honext is a construction and partition board, made from cellulose waste. Similar in property to MDF but without the toxins, Honext is a natural and sustainable alternative, that is both made from and is in itself a recyclable material, creating a circular production method that moves towards a zero waste future.
Created from 100% paper waste, Honext is supplied in standard 12mm 2440 x1220mm boards, than are fire retardant (class C-s1,d0) and moisture resistant, with sound insulation properties greater than MDF, and thermal insulation properties better than other materials with similar applications. Due to its non toxic production, Honext does not emit formaldehyde or any other volatile organic compounds making it a far safer material to work with.
Honext can be cut, drilled and sanded using the same tools and fastening systems to those used for wood.
