Buxkin Textiles
Buxkin is a patented material, made by the company of the same name, that combines recycled leather, textiles, wool felt, plant-based felt and paper. Buxkin’s unique industrial process creates a sustainable and lightweight material that can be used for wall cladding and interior decoration.
Working with suppliers, Buxkin developed the leather into a material suitable for interior surfaces. Buxkin's recycled leather is made of left-overs from the shoe industry. Their process granulates the recycled leather into flat sheets which are then transformed into their unique Buxkin Ribbed products.
